Baby carrots: green pâté!

Green pâté recipe:

1 cup chickpeas
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp curry powder
1 handful kale, washed and de-stemmed

Purée with a blender wand and spread on un-salted rice cakes. They loved it!
